You might remember Emma & Edward from their recent pre wedding photography in Bristol at Avon Valley Railway.  3 weeks ago they got married in the lovely town of Amesbury in Wiltshire.  The ceremony took place at the St Mary and Melor church followed with the reception at Antrobus House. When I first met up with Emma & Edward after they enquired about being their Wiltshire Wedding Photographer I was shown Emma's moodboard which had all the details that she wanted for the big day.  All of the crockery that was used during the reception was sourced by them from markets, car boots etc and the bunting had been made by Emma herself.   It's fair to say a lot of effort had gone in to this wedding. Here is a selection of my favourites from their special day.  I arrived to take the bridal preparation shots of Emma where at the Holiday Inn near Stonehenge where the bridal party had stayed the previous night.  While the finishing touches were being made the guests were driven to the church in a vintage double decker bus.  Emma had chosen a fantastic Justin Alexander dress from Ann Harding in Bristol and what a fabulous choice of dress it was too.               I love this series of photographs. Emma was happily taking it all in her stride as she walked down the aisle at St Mary and Melors church and then all of a sudden she spotted Edward standing there and what a fantastic reaction.              As well as marrying the girl of his dreams Edward also got to drive this beauty back to the reception venue.    I had to include a little selection of images of the china crockery that Emma and Edward had put so much effort into collecting ready for the big day.        While the room was readied for the evening's entertainment the guests were treated to a guided tour of the surrounding area on the vintage bus.  I may have coerced the driver into finding us a golden field for a picture or two!        It only seemed right to get a picture of Ed as Lord of the Manor!Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Courtney and here's to many happy years of marriage. If you are looking for a Bristol Wedding Photographer then please get in touch.
