Rob and Natalie got married chose to have their wedding at No4 Clifton Village which is becoming one of my favourite spots as a Bristol Wedding Photographer. Tucked away just off one of the main roads through Clifton it’s easy to miss but once you’ve found it it’s got all you could possibly need for an intimate relaxed wedding.
I arrived in the morning ready to take a few photographs of Natalie and her friends getting ready and was also able to capture Rob and the groomsmen too as they were also getting ready at No4, every wedding needs a photograph of the bride’s father topless while ironing his shirt!.
Following the ceremony and a few formal photographs outside the front of the venue we were lucky enough for the rain that had been threatening all day held off and we were able to have a quick trip around the sights of Clifton which meant I could take some portraits of the newlyweds without them being under the gaze of their closest friends. Not that Natalie was worried about having her photograph taken as I soon found out when we passed by a children’s play park which obviously just calls for a photograph of a bride in her wedding dress hanging from some monkey bars!
Back at the hotel with the weather on their side Natalie and Rob were able to make the most of the walled garden at No4 which had been decorated with some fantastic bunting by playing some giant Jenga before it was time for the hog-roast.
Have a look through some of my favourites from the day and once again a big congratulations to Natalie and Rob.
