Pre Wedding Photography in Bristol
I recently had the pleasure of finally meeting up with Kate & Brad for their pre-wedding photography along the waterfront of Bristol. Usually when I have been booked to be someone’s Bristol Wedding Photographer we have met on at least one occasion before but this wasn’t the case with this couple. Kate & Brad are the winners of the Have a Heart Wedding auction, every year Heart fm auction’s off prizes to raise money for charity and this year I was pleased to be involved along with several other suppliers to the wedding industry which resulted in Kate & Brad winning everything they could possibly need for their wedding day this coming September.
I always like to include a pre wedding photography session with all of my wedding packages as I find it a great way to get to know the couples and put at ease any concerns about having their whole wedding day photographed. We met along the waterfront in Bristol where we had a coffee and a chat so i could find out more about the big day and then we went for a walk and I captured the odd photograph or two.
Here are a selection of my favourites from the morning – feel free to leave a comment or two. If you are looking for a Bristol Wedding Photographer then please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
We started off in Millennium Square and following a short walk over the bridge and past the Arnolfini we arrived at the M-Shed. I just love the bright red doors of the M-Shed and couldn’t resist getting a few pictures in front of the doors – Kate had obligingly chosen to wear red sunglasses and had red dots in her dress, I guess it was meant to be!
When you’re down by the waterfront it only seems right to finish off with a picture by the train tracks!

These are really strong photos, I can really feel the love between the couple, also I like the use of the train & train tracks too, I’ve not seen that used in this way before.
